If you are a parish priest, curate, chaplain or Reader and are talking to someone who has a vocation to licensed ministry click here

Courses and conferences, directed at specific kinds of ministry, are also organised. For example:

  • Seeking the Way . A course for laypeople seeking to know better how and where to serve God and his Church. The 2012 course will run on three Saturdays: 29 September, 13 October and 10 November. You can download the leaflet and booking form here:
  • The Church Pastoral Aid Society runs weekend courses for people considering ordination;
  • The Church Army has a 'First Contact' project inviting people to spend a year with them;
  • There are various small groups around the diocese who meet in homes to study the Trinity College Open Learning courses. See the Trinity College website for further information: Trinity College
