Annual events like Holocaust Memorial Day

| Holocaust Memorial Day (HMD) is the international day of remembrance for the victims of the Holocaust and of other genocides. On 27 January we commemorate victims, honour survivors and commit to tackling prejudice, discrimation and racism in the present day. Nations are encouraged to conquer genocide and atrocity, and individuals are encouraged to stand up against hatred. HMD is marked each year on the anniversary of the date of the liberation of Nazi death camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, and events take place throughout the Diocese. | |
| Both Luton and Bedford Council of Faiths have annual Faith Walks that visit various places of worship in each town. Bedford Council of Faiths and Luton Council of Faiths also play cricket against each other each year. |
