CRB forms can only now be obtained through CCPAS whose contact details will be found in the guidance document above.
The first step in the CRB clearance process is to complete a Confidential Declaration form. Copies of this form can be downloaded using the link below, or the publication, “Protecting All God’s Children”. The purpose of the Confidential Declaration is to give the applicant an early opportunity to disclose any convictions or cautions and to discuss, in confidence, anything that may cause embarrassment. It also encourages honesty and integrity from the outset.
