Retreats
We offer two Retreats a year both different in style from year to year: one is always a more traditional 'preached retreat' with addresses and times of silence, the other tends to be more creative, for example, music/singing and painting.

'Exploring Spirituality' Days
Days to explore ways of praying, ways of being, and ways of bringing God into our daily lives as well our daily lives before God. (These were previously known as the Diocesan “Exploring Prayer Days”, held bi-ennially in the Cathedral.)
This year's Day - Entertaining Angels Unawares - will be on Saturday 29th September in Hertford Archdeaconry.
'Sharing the Journey': A course for Spiritual Directors/Soulfriends
Over two years, this course includes training for listening skills, spiritual discernment, different spiritualities and ways into prayer.

'Will you take the prayers': Leading Parish Intercessions
Training is offered to Parishes, Groups or Deaneries as desired, on the practice of leading Intercessions principally at Sunday Services, as well as other occasions.

'How to begin a prayer Group': Different types of prayer groups and how to set them up
Again, offered to Parishes, Groups or Deaneries, this workshop looks at various styles of Prayer Group - from Intercessory to 'Exploratory' - and how to begin them, continue them and resource them... as well as any pitfalls that may be encountered along the way!
