Team Vicar of St Michael’s Billington and St Michael’s Eggington

and Missioner in the Ouzel Valley Team Ministry

The Ouzel Valley Team Ministry wish to appoint a vicar for the parishes of St Michael’s, Eggington and St Michael and All Angels, Billington, who will also spearhead the church’s mission to the new housing developments in and around the southern edge of Leighton Buzzard. The person appointed will have a real desire to work at developing community life, and strengthening the links between church and community in both village and town settings.

Whilst focusing mainly on the weekly services in Eggington and Billington, the person appointed can expect to be involved in the Sunday and weekday services at All Saints and in the occasional offices around the team. In return, time and support will be given in the launching of any new initiatives that the new vicar may wish to embark upon.

Appointment to this position is subject to satisfactory enhanced disclosure via the Criminal Records Bureau
