Paul Hughes was formerly Vicar of Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead from 1993, having previously been Team Vicar in Dunstable from 1986, and Curate in Chipping Barnet with Arkley from his ordination in 1982 to 1986.

Ordained priest in 1977, Trevor Jones has served in the dioceses of Gloucester and Hereford. He takes a particular interest in educational issues and ecumenical relations and is responsible for oversight of the Board for Christian Development, covering clergy training, education, and youth & children's work.

Jonathan Smith has twenty-eight years experience of ordained ministry including a period as Chaplain of City University in London. He has worked in the Diocese of St Albans for the past twenty years in both rural Bedfordshire and suburban Hertfordshire. He also served as Chaplain to Bedfordshire Police, as a Rural Dean and as Chair of the Diocesan Board of Patronage.
