‘TRANSFORMING WORSHIP: LIVING THE NEW CREATION’

 

            On behalf of the Liturgical Committee, the Reverend Canon Stephen Lake, Chairman of the Committee, will give a presentation and then move:-

 

            "This Synod -

i) accepts the challenge and invitation to work together to make worship transforming of human lives, transforming of the church and worthy of God;

 

ii) asks parishes and clergy to engage in reviewing their public worship in partnership with the Diocesan Liturgical Committee;

 

iii) requests  the DLC to assess and celebrate progress and good practice by Advent 2009."
