The Estates Department

Iain is the head of the estates team and secretary to the Property and Glebe Committees. His work includes the management of nearly 280 properties, which includes parsonage houses and clergy houses owned by the Diocesan Board of Finance.

Elizabeth deals with real estate matters relating both to the glebe estate of the Diocese and to property held on ecclesiastical trusts where the Diocesan Board of Finance is trustee, including church schools. She is Clerk to the Trustees of the Verulam House Fund Trust

Alison assists Iain and Elizabeth with Property and Glebe Committee administration and matters relating to trusts , including grave trusts and their associated triennial inspections. She also administrates the annual renewal of insurance of buildings in the Estates Department’s care.
