General Synod Elections 2015-2020

The General Synod was dissolved on 13 July and elections are currently underway.  The Diocese is required to elected FIVE representatives to the House of Laity and FIVE Proctors in Convocation.

 

Timetable for elections:

Nominations were received by the Presiding Officer, Miss Susan Pope, at Holywell Lodge, 41 Holywell Hill, St Albans AL1 1HE by 12 noon on Friday 4 September 2015.

Voting Papers with the Election Addresses [see below] have been sent out Wednesday 16 September.

The closing date for the receipt of completed Voting Papers will be 12 noon on Friday 9 October.

The Count will take place at Holywell Lodge on Wednesday 14 October.
