Have you ever witnessed bad behaviour and not been sure what to do, wondered if it’s “your business” and if it is, what to say and to whom?
This training session will:
- explain why, as Christians, we should be calling out bad behaviour
- address what gets in the way
- give options for what we can do
Be an active bystander instead of walking by.
Sheila McAlpine is a consultant, trainer and coach with management experience in the public and private sectors and many years’ experience as a trainer, facilitator & coach.
She has been joint Churchwarden of All Saints, Kings Langley since October 2020 and has been a MMDR Consultant for the Diocese since 2018.
