Resilient Leadership (MDT)
21st October @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Are you looking for strategies to be a more resilient leader in your parish/benefice and to help you to manage the many and complex ministerial pressures more effectively?
This is the session for you.
We will help you identify your triggers for feeling under pressure and what strategies you currently use.
There has been a lot of research on resilience and leadership, and the information from this training will enable you to add further strategies to those you employ at the moment.
The aim is that you take action before the pressure of leadership becomes too great and/or that you are able to manage the pressure in the moment.
The session will be interactive and practical. It is open to anyone in church leadership lay or ordained.
9.30 arrival and coffee for a 9.45 start. The sessions will finish by 12.30.
