Zoom Cafe: All-Age Worship

What actually IS all-age worship? What ISN’T all-age worship? Does it have to be loud and silly? Do I have to do action songs? What if I LOVE action songs and nobody else does? How can we truly develop worship that nurtures faith at all ages and helps build relationships between generations?
