Three things we have seen about our church

• We are very welcoming and friendly.
• We need to involve all who come to church.
• May be we need to offer different styles of worship.

Vision (for five years' time)

Church in the heart of the community.

Priorities (for the next five years)

• Grow God's family. Our existing congregation - by deepening spiritual lives, and offer new ways for young families to come.
• Serve God's people. Investigate ways of developing the cafe facilities that we have.
• Proclaim the gospel. Improve the ways in which we commuinicate and publicize what we are doing.

Goals (for the next year)

• Overhaul and relaunch our Parish Magazine.
• Introduce family worship - one Sunday afternoon per month.
• Update our reprographics facilities.
• Devise a plan for developing the church cafe.
• Look for ways in whih All Saints might have a role in the community.
