“They all joined together constantly in prayer, along with the women and Mary the mother of Jesus”   Acts 1 : 14

As we live God’s love, we know how important it is that our lives and the lives of our churches are rooted in prayer.  We also recognise that to share God’s love, we need strength, unity and inspiration.  We are keen that churches across our diocese join the global wave of prayer that is ‘Thy Kingdom Come’.

We urge and encourage you and your church to get involved – and do please tell us what you are doing and answers to prayer you have seen, let’s be an encouragement to one another.

Also, following our Workshop on 26th April, Woodside parish have very kindly made available their leaflets used during their committed prayer for Thy Kingdom Come in 2016; they are:

To conclude these dedicated ten days of prayer, on Pentecost Sunday – 4th June, 6.30pm at St Albans Cathedral, there will be a Celebration Event, to which everybody is invited; please publicise this special event, and we look forward to celebrating together:  TKC Celebration
