Thursday 2nd March 2017

Luke 1 : 16 – 17

  2. It is vital to remember that we all have a responsibility to those we love, wherever they may be. In our present world, a huge number of folk have it immeasurably harder than our own society. May God be with us all.

  3. Thank you for the reminder to pray regularly for five people. I had my five people and have let this fall away. How good it is to have opportunities to reflect and to be called back to a more disciplined approach to pray.

  4. How can we turn hearts to God today?
Through being good parents to all, young and old, in unconditional love and understanding; through showing Christ’s path from another’s place of separation or disobedience to fullness and goodness, without punishment, retaliation, or retribution, in the help of the Holy Spirit.

  5. Interesting that parents hearts should need to be turned to their children…how easy is it in our complex times to lose such an important connection?
