Worship: Introducing Morning Worship for Communion, lay participation, developing Café Sunday, working with the URC chapel
Teaching: Alpha Sundays 2018, 3 Difficult Questions sessions, Christian Basics course
Family: regular school assemblies, Café Sunday
Leadership: Encouraging people to offer their gifts resulting in replacement organists
Communication: Finding an editor for the parish magazine, beginning a website for Stodden Churches, introducing regular pew sheet
Pastoral: encouraging a welcoming approach to those getting married
Resourcing: A successful stewardship campaign 2017
Developing family ministry, especially Messy Church
Music in worship, especially the Benefice Choir
Developing a corporate prayer life and midweek teaching groups
Introducing Benefice social events to draw others in

1st Priority
Worship
To review the current Stodden Pattern of Sunday Services so as to increase the frequency of worship in each church and to consider the style and form or worship offered
To make better use of the Sunday evening worship; for teaching, Lent, special celebration events, youth ventures
To encourage more informality including wider lay involvement with th use oif food and drink (hospitality) as part of worship
2nd Priority
Growing younger / younger leadership
To seek to find leaders to begin Messy Church
To look at the possibility after starting an After School club
To engage with young family by Stodden Social events, special Festival celebrations such as Harvest and Pet services, and by inviting back couples who have married in the churches in the last five years
3rd Priority
Communication
To develop website making sure news about upcoming events is effectively displayed, and with Café Sunday and other mission initiatives having their own page
To engage with social media like Facebook and Whats App
To have an up to date email contact list for all who have come level or connection to Stodden whilst complying with GDPR
