Lay leadership has been trained and is available. Continuing to build relationships through active involvement in village life and befriending newcomers. Our Ladies fortnightly Bible study – Meeting Point – goes from strength to strength.

Bringing individuals and families into church. Local men were not interested in having a monthly men’s breakfast.

We would like to see the 8 churches in the Chellington Team working together more.
We have been praised for our church welcome by visitors to the village but would like to see more locals attending the church and becoming involved in church life and growing in faith.

Being a welcoming church, accessible to all; providing a range of services to enable people to worship, hear God’s word and grow in faith.

Taking God’s love out into the community, building relationships through active involement in village life, pastoral care and befriending.

The Chellington Team clergy have just started a Church Lads and Church Girls Brigade for the whole benefice.
Set aside time to pray for our village and the church’s mission.

1, Increasing our prayer life especially praying for church growth.
2 .Reaching out to newcomers, taking a welcome pack and local magazine when visiting them.
