The Bamboo Effect – Encouraging Mental & Emotional Resilience
How can the Church provide spaces where our young people develop the ability to manage and reduce their stress and anxiety levels?
How do we actively create culture which is an antidote to the driven, stressful world we all live in?
How is our faith a radical way to encourage a generation of mentally and emotionally healthy young people?
This session aims to explore these questions and look at some potential ways forward which we can adapt fit our own situation.
