Governors’ Appeals Statement – June 2020
Please find below two exemplar statements which governors may wish to adapt or consider when composing their statements as part of the appeals process. One statement is for an infant class size (Reception) appeal and the other is a Y5 appeal but would be pertinent for other year groups other than KS1. Every statement needs to reflect the specific situation at the school as well as the circumstances of the individual appeal. The clerk to the appeals panel will explain what information is required.
